Services

Labor
Support

As you prepare to meet your baby, you are also preparing to meet yourself in one of the most vulnerable experiences of your life. No matter what kind of birth you are preparing for, you will feel supported every step of the way.

Placenta Encapsulation

Anecdotal evidence suggests that consuming your placenta after birth can lead to improved mood, higher energy levels, and increased milk production. Da Kine Doula encapsulates according to the Traditional Chinese Method using ginger and lemon while steaming.

Postpartum
Support

The immediate Postpartum period is a time to allow others to care for you while you learn how to take care of your baby. Each shift can be tailored to fit your families needs, day and night.

Birth is a rite of passage

"Often a woman encounters herself in an entirely new way during the process of giving birth. She may encounter the effects of traumas long buried, or she may encounter fear long denied, she may also discover power deep within herself that she had never imagined."
